Profile Rule Export Tool Output Options

Use either the FTP Site or the Document store output location when using the Tridion or Audit options in the Profile Rule Export tool.

FTP Site

1. Click the drop-down arrow to select the FTP site.
2. Click the drop-down arrow the select the FTP folder.
3. Enter the file name
4. Check the Overwrite Existing check box to replace any existing document with the same name.
5. To create multiple files with the same file name that have a creation date and time assigned to them for differentiation purposes check the Append Timestamp check box.
6. Click Process Document to perform the export

The results are sent to the specified folder in the FTP Site.

Document Store

Data output to the Document Store can also be saved to a location outside Campaign Manager.

1. Click on the browse button to select the relevant template.
2. Click on the browse button to select the Campaign Manager document explorer.
3. Click on the icon to display a list of folders. Click New Folder to create a new folder.
4. Click OK.
5. Enter the file name.
6. Check the Overwrite Existing check box to replace any existing document with the same name.
7. To create multiple files with the same file name that have a creation date and time assigned to them for differentiation purposes, select the Append Timestamp check box.
8. Click Process Document to perform the export. The results are displayed in the selected folder as a .txt file.
9. Click the Download File button to save the file to a location outside Campaign Manager.
